PMAY Gramin List 2025 – How to Check?
To check the PM Awas Yojana Gramin list 2025, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website pmayg.nic.in.
- Click on the Awaassoft option in the navigation menu.
- Select the Reports option from the drop-down menu.
- You will be redirected to rhreporting.nic.in.
- Click on Beneficiary details for verification under the Social Audit Reports section.
- Select your State, District, Block, and Village and submit the details.
- The beneficiary list will be displayed.
PMAY-G Beneficiary Status
PM Awas Yojana List 2025 -To check your beneficiary status, follow these steps: Go to pmayg.nic.in. Click on Stakeholders in the menu. Select IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary from the drop-down menu. Enter your registration number and click Submit. If you don’t know your registration number, you can use Advance Search by entering details such as State, District, Block, Panchayat, Financial Year, BPL Number, Father’s Name, or Account Number.
How to Apply for PMAY-G?
PM Awas Yojana List 2025 – To avail the benefits of PMAY-G, follow these steps: Collect Required Documents – Aadhaar Card, Job Card, Bank Account Details, Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) number, and a Self-Declaration Form. Visit the Gram Panchayat Office – Only an authorized scheme inspector can register your details. Verification & Approval – The officer verifies your eligibility, and upon approval, financial assistance is provided. Check Installment Details – After approval, beneficiaries can check installment details, FTO tracking, and beneficiary list online.
Note: Applicants cannot apply online themselves. Only designated government officials can enter the data in the PMAY-G system.
PMAY-G Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for PMAY-G, applicants must belong to any of the following categories:
- Homeless individuals
- Poor or beggars
- Manual scavengers
- Primitive tribal groups
- Legally freed bonded laborers
The selection process is based on Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data to ensure transparency. Priority is given to the most needy families.
Who is Not Eligible?
- Families owning a four-wheeler or three-wheeler vehicle
- Farmers owning a three-wheeler/four-wheeler for agriculture
- Individuals with a credit card limit above ₹50,000
- Government employees
- Income Tax payers
- Landowners with 2.5 acres of irrigated land or 5 acres of non-irrigated land
Financial Assistance Under PMAY-G
- ₹1,20,000 for houses in plain rural areas
- ₹1,30,000 for houses in hilly or difficult areas (e.g., Himalayan states, Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir)
- Additional wages under MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) to cover labor costs
- Support for toilet construction under Swachh Bharat Mission
